Duties and Responsibilities:
Our employees are required to follow these work practices:
- Turn mobiles off upon arrival at service
- Ask to see care plans/learn protocols as appropriate.
- Continuously ask for work/ use initiative (Lazy individuals should not apply)
- Speak the UK's first language (English) at ALL times when providing support.
- Arrive 10 minutes early to conduct a handover/take-over
- Do not use vapes or smoke in service.
Provide assistance, personal care, activities and companionship to residents
Be alert to residents' needs, health and wellbeing
Respect the residents' dignity and privacy
Work with residents and their families to deliver tailored care to each individual
Assist with mealtimes and safe moving
Maintain accurate records for each resident
Support worker vacancies, full training provided. You must have the right to work in the UK. We do not offer sponsorship. Two references required. Good English speaking required. Must have a full enhanced DBS for both adults and children. This can be applied for upon registration if successful at interview.
